- Delivery and return take place by appointment within an agreed time window.
- Someone aged 18 or over must be present for the handover and return inspection.
- Standard delivery is at ground level, as close to the vehicle as possible. Stairs, long carries or special handling must be agreed in advance.
- The address must be safely and normally accessible. Parking, access or exceptional waiting costs are discussed in advance.
- A missed appointment may require an additional trip, but we discuss this with you before charging it.
- The renter is responsible for the tool from handover until the joint return inspection.
